Abstract

Evaluation of teacher performance is a component that is no less important, because by carrying out evaluations you can of course make improvements and upgrades. This includes one of the things that can support quality improvement, namely the process of teaching and learning activities and reading skills. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The evaluation model used is the Formative Summative Evaluation Model. The object of this research is MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. The research results stated that the teacher's performance in teaching and learning was very good because the teacher always carried out the steps that had to be prepared before implementing the lesson, namely making i'dad, ideal learning, being on time, licensing according to procedures, understanding the material and following existing activities.
