Peer groups play an important role in the development of teenagers' personalities. The role of peers is a strategic and essential agent in guiding and directing teenagers' lives. One of the organizations or extracurriculars developed in schools as a forum for teenagers to explore themselves together with their peers is PIK-R or youth information and counseling center. One of PIK R's efforts to help solve teenagers' problems is by forming peer counselors, considering the important role of peers in teenagers' lives. This research was conducted to find out to what extent PIK R SPANSATIKA can be a forum for forming peer counselors who are able to implement peer counseling at SMPN 1 Tilatang Kamang. This research is a case study research. The data collection techniques that the author uses are interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this research show that PIK-R spansatika ok has proven to be a forum for producing peer counselors who can carry out peer counseling.References
