Abstract

This study examines how organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation, and transformational leadership style effect job satisfaction in Pegadaian Semarang. Transformational leadership is supposed to motivate employees to work hard and go above and beyond. This study used SEM-PLS analysis. For statistical purposes, 135 permanent Pegadaian Semarang Area employees were given questionnaires. The results indicate that transformational leadership, OCB, and work motivation all have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Among these, OCB has the most dominant influence. These findings suggest that strengthening transformational leadership, fostering employee motivation, and promoting OCB are essential to improving employee satisfaction and building a more productive work environment.
