This study delves into how leadership styles and organizational value systems shape the quality of individual performance within the workplace, positioning job satisfaction as a mediating bridge of influence, in the setting of PT. Merak Jaya Beton. Using a quantitative approach with 80 participants, this study employed multiple regression and Sobel path analysis techniques. The outcomes demonstrate that leadership style lacks a substantial role in shaping job satisfaction levels. Conversely, the cultural framework within the organization exerts a notable and statistically validated impact. From a different perspective, the level of job contentment shows no measurable contribution to advancing employee output. However, patterns of leadership and the prevailing organizational ethos both exhibit a direct and statistically meaningful influence on performance metrics. Additional verification through the Sobel analysis indicates that job satisfaction fails to operate as a bridging mechanism within these relational pathways.
